Most Sydney homes land between $14,000 and $48,000 depending on roof size, pitch, access and material. Colorbond is usually cheaper than tile. After the free inspection you'll receive a fixed, itemised quote — no variation unless you change the scope.
Most roofs are stripped and re-covered in 5–10 working days, weather permitting. Larger or more complex roofs can take up to 15. You'll receive a day-by-day schedule before we start.
Yes. We provide detailed photographic reports, moisture readings and itemised quotes formatted for insurers. We're also happy to deal with the assessor directly on your behalf at no extra charge.
Any failure caused by our installation — fixings, flashings, laps, penetration seals and workmanship. It's separate to the manufacturer's warranty on the roofing material, and both are provided in writing before work starts.
Not on open roofs — it isn't safe and it can compromise seals. We plan around the weather and will always tarp an active leak, day or night. Rebuild work resumes as soon as the roof is dry.
Usually, yes. Most leaks come from failed flashings, cracked valley tiles or blocked box gutters — all of which can be repaired. We'll always tell you honestly whether a repair will hold or if a section needs rebuilding.
